Fertility is a holistic journey impacting both mind and body. At SpringCreek, we believe that integrative medicine focusing on connecting the body and mind within a supportive group environment offers the most opportunity for positive outcomes. To provide ideas for integrative medicine techniques and lifestyle factors that may impact your family building plans, SpringCreek is offering a 10 week series of classes with the topics listed below. The series will begin on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 and continue on the first and third Tuesday of each month through the end of June. The schedule and topics to be discussed, along with information regarding the contributing speakers are listed below. We look forward to answering your questions and supporting you on your journey. We hope to see you there, please feel free to bring your partner or a friend; these classes are free of charge and are open to the public, not just patients of SpringCreek Fertility. You may attend one class, or all of them as your interest and schedule permits.

Elizabeth is a graduate from The Dayton School of Medical Massage 2009. After graduating she worked for several chiropractors where she learned the importance of spinal alignment, the body’s ability to heal itself and the benefits of massage and chiropractic care together. Elizabeth spent 3 years working at Massage Envy, where she refined her skills and learned new modalities. In April 2013, Elizabeth opened her own practice, Restorative Health LLC, located at 361 Regency Ridge in Centerville Ohio. Elizabeth enjoys focusing on your body, mind and spirit as a body worker. She customizes your massage session for your specific needs using: fertility massage, deep tissue, relaxation, trigger point, cupping, Reiki, sports massage, aromatherapy, and nutritional guidance. After struggling for years with her infertility due to endometriosis she successfully had a son with the help of a gestational carrier. This lead also to a collaboration with SpringCreek Fertility. Uma Mullapudi – Heartfulness Meditation: Tap into the Heart’s Unlimited Resources
Ms. Uma Mullapudi has been practicing Heartfulness meditation for approximately 40 years. Heartfulness meditation is a simple, practical way to experience the heart’s unlimited resources. She is a dynamic and engaging speaker who has presented Heartfulness for several organizations and schools in the Midwest such as Mongtomery County offices, University of Dayton, Wright State University, LexisNexis and Hospice of Dayton, to name a few and is currently the Regional Heartfulness Coordinator. She is honored to share her deep love of the Heartfulness practice with you. Come experience your inner transformation.
Fritz Froehlich, M.S., Dipl.Ac., L.Ac.
A master practitioner of acupuncture with almost 20 years of experience. Highly trained in all the branches of Oriental medicine, his particular areas of expertise are in Korean acupuncture including many needle-free techniques. He is a former vice-president of the Ohio Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. A graduate of Southwest Acupuncture College in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Fritz Froehlich received advanced acupuncture training in a WHO (World Health Organization) collaborative program in Beijing, China. He is both national board certified in the US, and internationally certified in Korean acupuncture out of Seoul, South Korea. In addition to his clinical training and experience, Fritz Froehlich has co-authored and edited three books in the field of acupuncture and Oriental medicine. He was an academic and clinical professor in acupuncture and Oriental medicine at the SHI Traditional Chinese Acupuncture School from 2004 to 2010.
Anjali Brannon – Ayurveda: The Science of Self-Healing
In addition to being one of the few graduates of the acclaimed Ayurvedic Institute’s Advanced Studies and Clinical Program (Gurukula) with world-renowned Ayurvedic physician Dr. Vasant Lad, Anjali Brannon is a a Certified Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapist great for fertility, as well as a Somatic Trauma Resolution therapist, Board Certified Polarity Practitioner with the American Polarity Therapy Association, a certified Synergy Dance teacher, and certified in an advanced form of Cranio-Sacral Therapy called Core Sync. Moreover, Anjali volunteers as a teacher of Heartfulness Meditation whose system she has been practicing since 1994, and teaching since 2000. In addition to speaking on the wisdom of these health modalities for both local and national organizations, Anjali was a US delegate at the 2003 Global Holistic Health Summit in Bangalore, India. Anjali has also been the featured guest on several different TV & radio shows on health. Her practice has been part of the University of Cincinnati’s Alternative Medicine Rotation for Family Practice Medical Residents at the Clinton Memorial Hospital. After successfully graduating from The Ayurvedic Institute’s three year program, Anjali has had an active Ayurvedic practice since 2001 and is the Director of the skilled team at the Ayurveda Natural Health Center in Dayton, Ohio.
