COVID-19

Dear SpringCreek Family and Friends,

We recognize this is a particularly difficult time for those who are experiencing fertility challenges. In light of COVID-19, SpringCreek is committed to supporting our communities –  our professional associations, our local community, and our fertility community.  

As of May 1st, 2020, we have resumed our operations and services.

We are seeing all new patient consults, treatment planning visits, nurse visits, etc. via telemedicine or phone.

To help keep our community safe, we have set up numerous changes on how we are seeing patients. We are asking all patients to wait in their cars until their appointment time. SpringCreek associates will call and administer the COVID-19 screening questions. Upon entry, we will take the patient's temperature. Patients will only be seen if their screen is negative. We are also asking patients to bring and wear their own masks when having appointments at SpringCreek Fertility.

SpringCreek is committed to patient care as well as minimizing risks to patients and associates. Visitors and partners will only be allowed to attend appointments for:

  • Consent Signing
  • OB
  • Retrieval
  • Hysteroscopes

If you are engaged in treatments, you and your partner will be asked to sign the COVID-19 Pandemic Acknowledgement Consent.
